at what point should you run water as well?

When you can't sleep at night because you just can't believe that oil could do the job. ;)

Oil is fine. Oil and water is better, but the trouble of hooking the water up vs. the benefit of it is where your personal preferance comes in. I'd run it just to be sporty. O0

I did on mine, some peopl esay that you don't have to, but I think you would be better suited to just plug them.

With a pipe plug from a local hardware store. There is no reason to plug them. Its in its own jacket, why bother?
