Default Saab T-25 turbo oil line question

Ok, I have a saab t-25 turbo.
My question is
1.I was told that the oil inlet is a 3an fitting. Is this correct?
2.I see tunertoys sells a oil kit for the t-25. It says that the oil inlet fitting is a 7/16 - 24. Will this fit the turbo?
Thanks

No oil inlet is -3. I haven't dealt with many oddball t25's from saab, mostly dsms, but here's what you do.

Look at this post and come up with the two dimensions asked for to measure your turbo. Based on those dimensions, use this order formula to match up to what kit you need. If you don't see one that fits both oil inlet and drain flange dimensions you need, contact Craig at Tunertoys and he'll get you the correct kit.

Measuring a turbo for custom oil lines

T3 kit- 1/8 oil inlet, 50.8mm drain flange
T3 (1/4) kit- 1/4 oil inlet, 50.8mm drain flange
T25 kit- 7/16 (inverted flare) inlet, 44mm drain flange
14B kit- M12x1.25 oil inlet, 38mm drain flange
Garrett GT kit- 7/16 (inverted flare) inlet, 38mm drain flange

A quick search would have me believe you need a M12x1.25 inlet and 38mm drain flange, which is the same as the 14B, but you should double check against this. The info I saw might have been hotrex.

Hey, thanks alot!
I have tryed to look everywhere for that information. I gues i didnt look hard enough...

I have actually two turbos im working on. The other one is from a Nissan Sliva. It seems that all the fittings are the same on both turbos.
I will double check my threads. Your write up is awsome, should get me in the right direction....

Just did a little research on the saab turbo, and it looks like it came off a Saab 900 16v 2.0. Years 94-98.

I'm not sure what the ref number is. I know its a T-25. The part number off the turbo is 452068-1.
