I have to run lines from my T25 to my D15b7 next week. What am I going to need and where will I run them. No FAQ on this, just looking for a brief explanation, thanks.

 

just get some heater/water/radiator/whatever hose the same diameter as the hose going to the bottome of your throttle body, then get some brass t's of the same diameter, and 't' them just like you would a vacuum hose, just a little bigger and messier

 

I always use 3/8" (i think) pcv/fuel line hose... never had a problem and its low priced too

 

This works for feed and return. Hook up one line for a feed line and then T into it for a return line ?

 

t your feed off of the hyose that feeds the coolant by pass, then t the return off teh hose that is the return for the coolant by pass. if you're looking in the engine bay standing by the passenger fender (facing the dizzy), the feed will be the hose on the right, and the return will be the one on the left.

 

3/8s or 5/16... i believe 5/16s is the closest

 

if you've ever done a coolant bypass mod for your throttle body, just think of it as going to your turbo instead of your throttle body.

 

This is what I like to use also.

--and you'll end up with lower IAT temps, as the manifold wont heat soak as bad.

 

Wouldn't it be better to redirect instead of T-ing off the lines? I'd take off the hose coming from the Tbody and send it to the turbo, and then the outlet from the turbo to wherever the tbody outlet used to go. That way, you know you've got great circulation thru your turbo. It would suck if water just sat in there and boiled.

 

Thats what i'm planning to do. Pull hose off TB and feed turbo, then the return off turbo will go into TB hole.
My problem is I cant find the dam hose that feeds into the Throttle Body.
Does anyone have a pic of this hose on a D16... Please
