Running stock on 450cc injectors?
Can I install 450cc injectors prior to my turbo, and drive around with them for a while on a stock d16y8 engine?

I could be wrong but I don't think it's possible to scale them back far enough to get it to run right.

yes. if you get it chipped and tunned properly you can make your car run like stock even if it isnt boosted with 450cc injectors.

i drove 4 month with my 450cc in the car (N/A) but i first had a vafc to scale them down them a chipped p28... then i installed the turbo!
you can't run them stock, or barely.... remember, they need a resistor box or inline resistor |

Yeah you can run em. Can get some tunning experience doing that I guess, it also leaves one less thing to go wrong on the final day. I personally am a fan of just waiting til the install and doing it all. That is lazy. |
