Some times you have to give it a rather healthy tap! I have also taken the compressor housing and the exhaust elbow off and tapped on the CHRA to get it loosened up. ALso when disassembling a turbo, lubricant is your friend!

ok:D
and does it go both ways or do i have
to turn it to the left or right
( towards the shy or ground when rotating)

thanx

Re:Rotating the Exhaust Housing

i hear you man, it took me about 3 mos. of searching (and waiting) before i had a complete kit. na, i dind't have any problems rotating the housing on it (because i never tried ;) ) it was pretty rusted before i got it sandblasted though, so you'll prolly have to give it a pretty solid bang, i don't think you'll hurt it ;). be sure to take a lot of pics when you finally get around to the install.

*disclaimer* i am in no way liable if marcus breaks his turbo.
