Exclamation rebuild?junk?

Couple quick questions new to hmt just testing the water.

Its from a Saab 900 84-87 t3/to4 wever. .42in/.48ex

End shaft play is good.
Missing couple bolts from housings?gaskets
Im afraid to take it apart to check
Missing internal wastegate-Can i use a 1gen tsi one maybe?
Lastly it spins but i can hear like the slightest metal sound. I think is because no oil on bearings,--normal?

Thanks soontobeboosted2genteg

Metal scraping is not normal. If you are planning to boost a B18 engine, look into at least the T3 Super 60 trim turbos... The T3 .42/.48 will choke up in the higher powerband
