RB20Det turbo

Does any one know anything or specs on a nissan turbo that came on a RB20. I think it has a t3 flange, but cant find any specs of it. Has anyone ever used these turbos and how do you think it would be on a d16z6, laggy?

Any help would be great guys.

The RB20 has a t28 ball bearing turbo but a lot of people call it a T3 because it has a T3 exhaust flange. You shouldn't experience too much lag with it. If you plan on running much over 10 psi you might not want to run that. I've heard quite a few ppl say that the exhaust wheel breaks or comes off if you run over 12 or 13psi. (has a ceramic wheel not steel so its glued with epoxy and not welded (I believe))

Thanx man I aprreciate it. I thought no one would say anything. The guy that is selling it to me s selling it to me for 135. Do you think thats a good price? It wasnt used for long cause his RB overheated. Also he was running the car upto 14 psi, so I think it might not be too good of an idea to pick it up.

How well do ya know the guy? I dunno much about pricing on these but you could always try to hagle with him if your unsure about it working. If you plan on running lower boost numbers you may be just fine. If you were goin over 10 I probably wouldn't buy it.

I think that's a pretty good deal if it's in good shape
