your overflow tank doesnt return fluid. you radiator cap does. overflow tank just stores the fluid. make sure your system is full and bled of air. if this is ok, then you will have to pressure test the cooling system and perform a compression test. do u have a tune or some sort of fuel enrichment?

yeah tuned on a dyno with hondata s300 best tuner around rc 750 injectors...i forgot to mention im running a rywire radiator tuck with a inline filler neck is there a specific radiator cap i need to use with that thanks in advance for ur time.. it didnt seem to over heat when it was cooler out but now the days are reaching 90+ she heats up quick but also goes down to normal operating tempature

your using the rywire compact radiator with no cap? where did you mount the inlne filler neck? the filler neck needs to be mounted at the highest point in the cooling system otherwise air will be trapped in the system and over heating will occur.

I figured out the problem i had a bad thermostat it was shut closed wouldnt open installed a new one blead the system again and so far seems to be running at normal operating tempature just hope i didnt do any damage when it overheated previously
