Default Rad Options

I can get the Accrod rad no problem,(it's slightly bigger). The reason I'm thinking this is the Accord rad is Brass, but 2x the thickness. The Civic one is Aluminum.

What I'm wondering is the Extra Thickness going to make up for the Crappier heat conducting matarial. Brassvs. Aluminum

I know people will say a Dual Core Half Rad, but I have no money and I have room right now for a full width, so the overall effiency is better anyways.

FYI, with the aluminum ef rad on a hot day I can hit 210 regualar driving x/thermostat, 180 w/no thermo. I'm waiting for my 160deg Jackson Racing Thermo to come in.

Default Re: Rad Options

I thought this was a joke for a new car. Like some Radical (Rad) options. :P Aluminum is PROBABLY better since it doesn't hold heat well hence it's use in IC piping, oh and it's light and cool looking. The other one is bigger. LOL. I have no I-D-E-A. Sorry dude, like I said I thought this was radical options or something like that.
