Dyno at 9 psi water and alcohol injection, bike is making more power now we were able to add more timing. let me know if it helps I lower my compression with you should due, otherwise you have to run very low boost and tuning has to be perfect, plus if you leave the high compression the boost comes in so violent that you can't control the bike, unless you install a strecth swingarm at least 6" over

If I was you, I'd decide on the definite turbo you're gonna run before you go welding flanges to anything. That turbo's gonna be too big. I'd look into a t25 or 14b like someone suggested, or maybe an SR20DET T25

it is hard to control I will post vids soon, I am waiting for my swingarm to be done I took the stock swingarm out and I am installing a ducati 916 single sided swingarm and rear wheel but first I am having it stretched and braced to help me control the bike boost comes in very fast, it starts to build boost around 3100 and I have full boost by 4200

There probably is a good reason why everyone turbo's the big fat 'busa and not the R1.
Doesn't that thing weigh like 390 lbs? I'd hate to have the turbo come on fast riding a bike that's that short and is that light.
Might check out what the hayabusa guys are doing for fuel management...
I 2nd megasquirt as a solution, but you might be able to use it as a piggyback that runs in closed loop to bring you to a correct AFR...

I'm a hayabusa owner, btw... 200hp R1 = nuts.
