What did your T3 come off of, or do you know? With a .36 A/R exhaust it sounds like a Volvo diesel unit. To answer your question you can swap the exhaust housings from one T3 turbo to another, they all interchange. I personaly think a .36 is to small for a high reving engine, its great for a low RPM diesel but not so good for what you are talking about doing.

remember the auto turbo coupe has less a/r on the exhaust side. something like .48 and the manual had a .63
