quick question...CAN AUTO TRANSMISSION HANDLE BOOST
i think this is a little late to be thinking about it... but it never really crossed my mind...
im trying to boost an automatic transmission... has this ever been done without redoing the transmission or the torque convertor or anything like that? will boosting my car kill the transmission?

auto trans works on a set of valving. you can buy shift kits for any transmission that will beef up your auto trans vavling. i don't know where or who sells that sort of thing though

Re:quick question...CAN AUTO TRANSMISSION HANDLE BOOST
do it and find out! people have boosted auto trannys before on hondas. We are just giving you suggestions, most people here dont have them, so they really dont know what to say. If I was doing it, I would definatly get a external tranny cooler, because HEAT kills auto trannys.

Re:quick question...CAN AUTO TRANSMISSION HANDLE BOOST
A external tranny cooler mounts in front of your radiator, tranny fluid goes through this cooler and cools down when it enters the tranny. Stock ones are located inside of the radiator, you would just need to relocate the lines.
Try it and find out? risky? lol, what else have you got to loose man? everybody is throwing custom turbos on their cars on this website... gotta grow some ***** sooner or later. Dont think you will be the first kid with a turbo automatic honda, because people have done them before, and they do work.
