REmove your electric fan if you have one, otherwise it will melt.

It would be best if you had some sort of a downpipe that would route the exhaust at least straight down, so just a little 90 degree bend.

i dont even have a flange to do that. i was thinkin about just putting on the cast one. but cutting it and welding a pipe to it. im waitin for my flange to get here. it should have been here by now. ill wait till tomorrow. yeah it does sound like a truck. i was cruisin down the street and all kinds of honkey tonks were looking at me cruise by. haha.

its hard to weld cast to aluminumized steel, but what i did with mine was where the bolts come out of the turbo for the flange, i welded washers to my flared pipe to make my own flange. works just fine (so far)

depending on what year civic, no dp/o2 housing will cause your fan to melt, cause the gases exit right beside it.

I got some exhaust pipe welded to my stock 02 on my 1st setup.Sounded mean as hell but felt kinda weak low end.Got a 02 housing flange and got made a custom dp and to me it pulled harder.
