question of the day...heres 2 grand

ok im new to this forum so cheers to everybody. hopefully i can learn somethin off this thing. heres my ?. i got 2 grand left from selling my car. i found a wrecked 92 teggy that i know i can pick up for a lil bit of nothing. i know its gotta run because i dont know of many cars that u can total if they dont run. anyways, i need to know what all i need to get so i can safely run about 7psi or so. i know i wont need internals. i am estimating the cost of the engine/turbo/manifold for under 500.
-engine 200
-turbo 50-100

sorry i accidentally hit enter and didnt get to finish.
anyways
ill have like 1500 or a little less to finish getting whatever i need to get everything to work. im not worried about how much itll cost to swap or the new car or mounts or anything. just engine. so ill have an engine, turbo, and manifold with like 1500 leftover. its a budget project but i know i can do it. please help.
