Re: Question about check vavles

3 is probobly overkill. but its better to be safe than sorry. i think theres a thread on how to make one somewere here on hmt. missing link does the same thing and looks cleaner. but then again i ahould never do a fmu setup.

Re: Question about check vavles

I've seen plenty of people use 3, and some even more.

3 is fine.

But now I am required to give you my regular FMU preach:

Ditch that ---- and buy a chipped ecu ASAP son O0

Re: Question about check vavles

amen about that. get ya car chipped and youll love it. itll run like factory. i dont know why people go woth the fmu, afc hack. chipping it doesnt cost that much. whats a afc cost? like 200 new, maybe 150 used. you can chip your car for less, itll idle nicely, and handle more boost with a nice tune. trust us man, youll love it . ditch the fmu

Re: Question about check vavles

im all for chipping, my ecu is chipped running dsm 450cc and it runs like stock. i was just curious why so many check valves, but then i got to thinking abuot it and realized why

Re: Question about check vavles

wut type of chip should i used running 310's

Re: Question about check vavles

you cant really buy a chip to run non stock injectors unless someone with a similar setup made you one that worked for them. if you get a chipping kit and chip burner from xenocron and use uberdata you can make your own chips to run any injectors and make your ecu read boost up to 9psi?? on the stock map sensor. that would eliminate the check valves and fmu

Re: Question about check vavles

anything past 9 psi might require a 3 bar map sensor

Re: Question about check vavles

wut type of chip should i use with an LS ecu, RC 310's and a T3 super 60. I just want to get rid of the fuel problem i have now.
