question about boost control

i have a TD05H turbo from a 1st gen eclipse that i wanna put on my b18b i know the stock wastegate actuates at 8psi but i only want to run about 5-6 how would i do that?

I think he said he wanted to lower the boost, you cant lower boost with a manual boost controller.
