your options are to
#A) put one of those APC breather filters on it.

#B) run a line to the intake side of the turbo (where your air filter is.)

#C) leave it open and hope you don't make a mess of your engine bay.

does the pcv help with the oil return from the turbo? because doesnt it pull a vacuum on the crank case. I have a filter for my valve cover vent.

a pcv lets, or actually draws pressure out of the crankcase so the rings seal better and you don't get blow by. If you pressurize the crankcase, oil pan, however you wnat to look at it, you'll have problems. the best thing to do would be to connect it to the inlet side of the turbo, the easiest thing would be to put a little apc filter on it, like someone said up there. and the funny thing would be to put boost to it and see what havoc it wreaks.

feel free to correct me if im wrong, but that pcv tube is an actually used re circulation as well.

the breather is just used to stop oil from spitting out your valve cover opening. it is a very little amount but still stops it.

It's actually on your intake manifold. in between #1 and #2 runners under the fuel rail. kind of a bitch to get to.
