Project : Make Quadnie impress us.

Project : Make Quadnie impress us.
So I was thinking the other day of ways to keep Quadnie from whoring up the forums, and this is what I came up with.
I think HMT is in need of a write-up (in English) for those (and maybe me too ) that want to learn how to figure out which turbo will do what on X motor. Basically a simpletons write up for figuring out how much cfm the motor makes, and then the whole compressor map plotting scenerio's and all that. We want to be able to have a B16 and figuring out which turbo will be the most effecient at X boost pressure. We want it all, and as the moderator, you should give it to us.

b16 T3 .48/.60 works well for me. boost hits around 3k and takes me all the way to redline. Even went passed 14psi when I was ------- around with a MBC.
From what I've heard, the T3/T04e with .57 trim is supposed to be ideal for the b16 but ---- I dont know anything 'bout them hybrids.

Re:Project : Make Quadnie impress us.
You can calculate cfms of all the motors and map out all the turbos but if you have never turbo'd a honda or tried different turbos on hondas to see how they react whats the point? Someone with alot of time and who has turboed several b/d/h-series should do the write up.
::runs to a far corner::
or I guess you could take everyones input and figure it out

Re:Project : Make Quadnie impress us.
I'm not running a B16 any time soon. :P
We all know what works on our motors, but I was thinking more along the lines of actually showing people how to calculate the math. Not telling of experience, but actually showing how to calculate the math.
Someone might have a fully built ls/vtec one day that thier trying to run in the 25-30psi range, and I doubt a T3, T25, or 14B is going to do what it takes.

Re:Project : Make Quadnie impress us.
humm...well is saw this and thought it could go one of two ways.
1. stealth doesnt know and wants to know.
or...
2. stealth is testing Quadnie
I choose number 2.
BTW, I have all of this info...at home. I am at work for another 8 hours --if I get to go home for lunch, I will post it then.
