Pretty New Here And Might Get Flamed 4 this

Is there anyway to tell the psi by the name? Also I heard a rumor that one of the VTEC headers will fit my engine is that anything close o true? I have done searches here but I am not used to the board and as you know it can be a bit overwhelming at first...you can post links only if you want I am not afraid to do the reading/work....

Why would you get flamed for that? ??? Basicaly the bigger the turbo the more air flow. How much are you planning on getting out of the turbo? How crazy do you want to go? I don't know about the manifolds being the same. Try it out. Find someone with a Honda that bought a header and try out the manifold. Make a flange and custom make a manifold if you have to. There are a few people on here that made there own manifolds.

Re:Pretty New Here And Might Get Flamed 4 this
my understanding is that the 2.0L is not the toughest engine. I would go with a basic t3 or a 14b.. Plan to run about 6psi with it.

Your best bet would be to upgrage to the MX-6 GT motor which is a direct bolt-on swap.

Re:Pretty New Here And Might Get Flamed 4 this
cool ideas! I may put the engine swap off till later unless I stumble across a cheap one. I will just try for a turbo set up which could support that engine as well. I mean I want to go as fast as possible for as cheap as possible while doingit all myself...so what do you think 20-30+hp with those limits?

Probably a bit more.

Re:Pretty New Here And Might Get Flamed 4 this
If you want turbo real bad then your best bet is to try to put together a kit that will probably work if you in the future do the engine swap like you said. I would say run the 6psi with a t25 or what ever similar turbo you can get and once you are addicted to boost that swap might come faster than you think ;D and you could up the boost and maybe upgrade your managment.
