Default PowerTripPerformance?

Does anyone have any experience with www.powertripperformance.net ? They have very cheap prices and someone from the site responds very promptly to my emails, but I have never heard of them.

They are offering me a log manifold (w/ PS and AC compatibility) dumptube, and semi downpipe for 325

I had never heard of a semi downpipe but as he explained it, it's basically just a 90 degree bend from the turbo with a standard exhaust flange welded onto the end so the customer can take it to an exhaust shop to get an exact fit...he also said that if i didnt want to do that, they could do a normal downpipe too

any thoughts?

Why? The only thing he'll get with SS is discoloration. Best thing to do is go with mild steel and heat coat or wrap it.

Think of that as $200 for the manifold and $125 for the DP.
Sounds like a decent deal to me.

200 for a mild steel mani is rape. ss steel is the only way to go , if mild steel was so hot why doesnt full race coat mild steel??

mild steel turns into rusty piece of ugly ---- in 2 days.
