how is the condition of the turbine shaft wheel?

look the turbine wheel and there is a little up, this afect the turbo? or that is nothing

looks ok to me. pics are pretty fuzzy. im not sure how that fin could have got bent upward unless something went through the turbo and hit that edge of the turbine blade. see if you can bend it back without damage. put a piece of wood behind that fin and tap the front of it with a rubber malet. since its apart give it a rebuild and send it to a turbo rebuild shop for a professional balance.
