Please help me?!? TE04H?

Is this a good buy? What else needs to be done? I have a 97 civic hx with a p&p d16y8 head. I plan on stock internals set at a low psi for daily driving. Is it a good turbo?

youll keep power steering but you def will lose your a/c. a/c is for dems bitches anyhow..
