please help!

i was offered a 14b turbo...2 problems with it...
a crack on the hot side..
one of the bolts is broken off....can i just drill it out?

unless you like to fix things and are getting it for free i would probably pass on it as you can get those for pretty cheap.

yes you can drill it out
