Pipe width?
 

New to the manifold thing and i got a couple questions. What size pipe is everyone using for their turbo manifolds? I'm looking at building either a top mount or a ramhorn to go onto my B18b1 in my 94 del sol and i'm just trying to figure out the right width before i order some metal...i don't want to go too big or too small ya know? Simple answers are best, thanks for not flaming....

sorry....not sure if everyone understood my question...width like....1 1/2"-4" pipe...not the schedule of it...i know larger pipe=more flow...but there's a certain point where there's too much flow....like having a 4" exhaust on a civic hatchback with a stock 1.5L engine ya kno? anyways...if you did understand (if not it's my fault i admit) you're saying 1.5" would be best?

yeah thats the size ull need ur also going to need a 4-1 collector.

yeah i kno about the collector, just tryin to figure out ideal size for the pipe...thank you much!
