Default Pinging

I heard pining in my 4th gear under boost. The boost gage went from 0.7 to 1.1 on my K03 turbo and afther that i had a coolant tank totaly filed with athifreez. I went home and returned boost to safe 0.6. Today the coolant was back to normal on my way to work but when i hit the WOT more that once the coolant ends up in the tank and car starts to overheat. I already changed the headgasket but now I belive the pining(detonation) killed this upgraded headgasket so it is leaking boost in the cooling system. I ran with upgarded headgasket for 2,3 weeks and it was fine, now after pining it throws coolant out.

I think you mean pinging, but I get what your saying. Sounds like the head gasket again to me, same thing happened with my car. What kind of fuel management are you running? Sounds like you might need to keep the boost down or tune it a little better.

P28, crome and 660ccm injector. It is 1.5 EDM and I know my injectors are big but I am from Croatia and there is no junk yards with trashed eclipses so I manage how I can. I did a tune with Lc-1 and managed to get it right up to 0.7bar. I belive the problem is in the fact that I wanted to go to 0.8 and instead ended up at 1.1bar.
Are original head bolts strong enough for 0.7 bar on a small K03 turbo?

Yeah I run my car about 9-10psi daily and for a month I ran 12psi with a little creep to 14psi and blew my head gasket that way. I backed the timing down a little and just kept the boost down and I have been fine ever since.

What about the head bolts. Are they new or the same old ones?
