Well first I have to give a big thanks to my friend Matt. He helped me all these late nights working on it and also has taken the majority of my pictures. (he posts on a different forum. He has a B16 del sol )

The progress isn't complete yet. I still need to finish the piping going from the turbo to the drivers side corner panel. (i have it from the intercooler going to there)

I have the resistor box install.

VAFC and oil lines need to be installed and im done then. If I feel like it ill install the walbro, but i dont think i need it at 7psi and i want to see if it affects performance compared to a stock pump.

Tell me your thoughts, and i NEED someone to helpe me with my oil line setup. Im missing a fitting. (the male end that goes to the turbo. I dont know what kind it is)

Well that's it for now

OK, the wastegate was added this afternoon (internal). Im not completely done yet. Just oil lines, VAFC, and a little piping and im done
The IC is WAY up in the air. Since the pics at an angle it looks like it touches the ground lol. just noticed that. Yeah it's above the bar so it's all good. Also, it doesn't touch the bar in the back (it's ahead of it so it's just being held by the brackets)

Thanks to (sorry guys, I forgot to add this )

HAVOK RACING: That manifold kicks ass
Paul Vang: Sweet Oil line kit
Matt: pictures and hosting

My brother: for bitching the whole time so far.

Drive Line in Debuque IOWA for the welding: This guy is AMAZING. If you need aluminum welding done, TAKE IT TO DRIVELINE!!! I got a damn good deal

Looks like a Tbird turbo. What are you going to do about the downpipe facing the block? You can swap the housing from a Volvo or SAAB T3 turbo to fix that(I have used lots of them). If you get the housing from a SAAB 9000 grab the downpipe also it will almost bolt up.

LOL thanks guys. Thanks for the compliment on the mani. I got the manifold from HavokRacing (from honda-tech) his name is now RenoRacing (tell him dan w/the green sol sent ya). I picked it up for 145shipped Nah i didn't wimp out with a T3 .60/.48 (but it looks EXACTLY the same, cuz i have both.) heheh I went full force. I got Destroyer off a Ford guy. From a T-bird(u were correct ;) ) SVO. With a whopping .60/.63AR (60 trim)

It's a 5 bolt o2 housing though. I didn't think the volvo's were 5 bolt.. but if they are.... SEND PICS! cuz idk if the shop im taking it to can bend it tight enough and if they can't, ill buy it!

Haha the Bigger the better. "thank the lag for the traction and the snail for the action"

really nice, i dig it! Racinskittle, i see why u named your self that now.. that green is bright 8)

You are correct, you wont NEED the walbro, and its a good spare when urs starts to die.

Is that the z6 motor w/o vtec on the cover or the reg delsol motor.?

You'll smoke a b16 del sol w/ that setup :)

See the Vtec solinoid?... ;) also 92 z6's used the black valve cover with no vtec markings.

Yup it's a 93 vtec sol.

Exactly! ur one of the first ppl to mention that. When i first bought the car the owners friend asked him if "he still had his skittle" i laughed and thought that was a cool name for the car since it does sorta resemble a skittle.

Also, i connected the piping with gasline hose from napa. It's pretty cheap and you can do a lot. I also just picked up from 90 degree radiator hose as well from napa. Soo im al set with that too.

THanks again for the compliments :)
