its polised, that was acutally just a quick polish, im sanding it and repolisin it for a real nice shine. these are the somewhat early stages of my welding ... been weldin for a fwe months now but im really happy how tis came out. if anyone is interested, im sellin it cuz im goin to get a T3 set up instead of the T25
im sellin the following as a " kit"
T25 turbo - 3-An oil feed- alum oil drain flange to 3/4 barb or 10-an, but im giving youa brand new 10-an male. turbo is also polished, low miles 50K miles on it.
the SS manifold pictured there for B series
and 2.5 inch mandrel bent downpipe with open atmosphere dumptube * routes downwards* it needs 1 straight piece of pipe welded to conenct to the cat, i will supply the needed flange also. i will post pics once i get some this weekend.
asking 650 shipped good start up for anyone.

The polish isn't a coating.. being "polished" is a process. Where you sand down using a coarse grit and work your way down to a very very fine grit, then buff it with a rubbing compound. Where you start in the process depends on the finish your material has when you start.
It won't "come off" or anything since it's not a coating. You're physically changing the surface of the material.
Like polishing silver or something.
