well after some dumb questions answered by you guys....... and a few ---- ups :1 nothing serious tho.... i finally got this biatch on 5 psi, my first impression on driving a turbo'ed car was ---- yes! it's much more diference than before torque was also improved on the low end a lil bit of course not much, but has some extra kick moving thru heavy traffic when cruising slowly at low rpms, once it gets to 4k feels much better even at part throttle, if i floor it the turbo starts screaming and well you know...lol but anyways enough with the ---- talk and here's the ssautoshit setup wich surprisingly has been working with no problems at all. yup no cracks yet, i gotta make a trip to portland tomorrow morning and im taking it for some lil testing

.........yup the infamous mani, you guys know all about these, so no comments here lol

****update in this mani****
for a post based on blaast (reputable turbo shop) in these forums and myself, we both agree that the main weak spot on this manifold is based on PROPER INSTALLATION, apparently ssauto is sending the wrong/misaligned downpipe for most d series applications mine's a 92-95 eg, the downpipe does not seem to align properly and even though you can still pull your exhaust forward and force it to make it fit THIS PUTS A LOT OF STRESS ON THE MANIFOLD the downpipe is not only a bit far from the stock exahust pipe but it's also horribly misaligned i had to bend mine to make it fit and still there's a bit of stress i would recommend to either get a flexpipe or just have a local muffler shop do it for you, if you have a welder get your lazy *** up and fabricate one

the t25 wich has survived all kinds of abuse including a kinked drain at idle after purging the line, in a few words oil started to come out of the inlet like a ****, turbo still works great. , not to mention my wreckless wife not letting the turbo to cool down after a trip to the mall, now everybody wants to drive this car, they use to not get close to it...... oh well, needs a turbo timer anyways badly.

50mm BOV not much to say about this, it's pretty audible for 5 psi, i would really like to have that ------- hks ssqv but the intercooler tops the list right now, running without it its ---- risky, like right now lol :1 , i aint planning in cranking the boost up until i get my hands on an intercooler and the 450's that im expecting to get tuned with it, anyways it's kinda cold here.. 50's at the most during the winter 30-40 average that kinda helps a bit. not to mention the car is not a daily driver.

yeah the welds are shitty looking but hey, a good old man and hell of a nice guy at a local shop thati didn't even know me hooked me up, i basically walked in with my old intake and told him that i needed that bend on a 2 inch pipe charged me 20 bucks to cut the pipe, bend it, make the hole in it and weld the flange, not bad at all, mainly when you dont have the tools to do it yourself, not to mention he did it the same day

and finally the whole thing, did i mention i dont have an intercooler LOL :1 im using abs piping for the charge with home depo-performance silicon couplers and bends they work well for 5psi who knows later at 8 lol. stock injectors, waiting on 450's wich should be here friday and picking up resistor box at local junkyard tomorrow. fuel and timing controlled by uberdata on a basemap by xenocron, i'm still looking for a cheap old laptop and a wideband sensor

thanks to everybody, numbers comig soon...

im down for buying a decent d15b or d16z6 as soon as i found a good deal, i've been calling cali asking for prices and im looking to spend 550-600 for a jdm d15b shipped. unless i can ****** something cheaper elsewhere, and yeah the i left the ac line there cuz im a lazy *** the cables are still hanging in there lol but who cares honestly i will take those out today as well wich is my only day off during the week, im also swaping the speedo for an ex/whatever one that has a tach in it at the local junkyard i really dont like the big-o rice tachs not to mention they cost well over 100 bx and also need a place to mount the bitch so more pics hopefully tonight.

replaced my spark plugs tonight with some denso platinums, the old plugs looked worn as hell they measured 2.0 mm wtf

perhaps it might even make a small diference after all not to mention fuel mileage

You should NEVER run platinum spark plugs with boost, they can't handle the heat. Take them out and go get some copper plugs.

:1 here we go once again :1 i'll guess i'll just get the iridiums then, luckily made it flawlessly to portland and back, the suspected "fuel cut" i had at WOT it's gone with these plugs but i guess they wouldn't last very long thanks for the heads up :P

oh and that small pipe on the metal intake pipe i told the guy to put it there and i dont know why :1 when i first saw it i was like wtf.....
