I'm building a red ram hemi, 3.7in bore 3.5 stroke, 300cid, forged rods and pistons 9;1 compression, efi sequential port injection, e85.

I want to pick up a cheap set of junkyard turbos. something that can be rebuilt for the low, make about 8psi and water-cooled for long reliability as this will be more a driver than anything else.

should I have the engine dyno'd first to find the power curve and match turbos or can anyone recommend me some turbos to consider?
