overheating part2

I did the neccessary work and replaced whatever needed to be replaced but the crx is still over heating. One differentthing I did was redo the coolant lines into different areas. I noticed that the temp would take longer to rise. I'm guessing that the coolant that is ruuning into the turbo and comming back out may be the reason why my temp guage is rising. Is it normal for my Tdo4l turbo to be so hot?? As long as i keep the flow of the coolant moving, the temp lowers. I figured that the fluid from the turbo is so hot that the temp sensor it reads as overheating temps. what do you guys think.?? Any suggestions of what i should do???

I checked everything : timing is set, coolant, changed water pump, put del sol vtec radiator, compression still good all around (170), and bought a flexlite fan(constantly running). Went home from work , about 14 miles away, and when i got home temp begins to rise. I pull back out and drive around . temp goes down real quick when rpm chills anywhere over 3k. I go back home and let car idle. Temp begins to rise slowly and so i rev the engine over 3k and temp bigins to go down. I dont know what else to do but to pull the headgasket. oh yeah and there is no sign of coolant and oil mixing what so ever. Ide' really appreciate the suggestions.

Set up: stock crx w/d16y8, msd, msd rpm vtec activator, fuel reg, pm6(turboedit), 255hp walbro fuel pump, TDO4L wrx turbo w/ wrx intercooler, 450cc DSM. 10lbs of boost

Most of us don't even run coolant lines to the turbo. If you're trying to cool the coolant coming out of it, you're making things too complicated.

I have perfect compression with a blown headgasket. ---- happens.
