over heating everytime coming to stop
 
hey i been having this problem ever since i put on my turbo..everytime i'm giving from my house to work aproxx 10 miles stop and go..everytime i come to stop light the temp gauge goes up more then half and almost full over heating..i just did my water pump and new thermostat and new fan switch and it still doing that...fan works fine anyone know why its doing this..help..

Well its one of 2 things, either the Water pump completely blows chunks, or you dont have enough coolant in the sistem, make sure you air it out properly and add coolant, if it still does it then its your pump. This is the only 2 things that will make your car overheat when standing still but everything goes back to normal when youre moving and RPM's are up.

My B18 used to do this, then I added some water to the coolant, aired out the system and now its good.

enough coolent in system and resivor, just did coolent system service...with honda coolent i was thinkin its my head gasket butt how would you know if your head gasket is bad or gettin bad..no oil in head or raditator..

do one of two things change your oil and look for water or change you coolant and look for oil. either or

doing it today at work i'll let you guys know asap...i'm most likely going to change head gasket..let see with the oil change.. >:(
