just have a shop weld a pipe on there. then you can slip a coupler over it and your done.

For the compressor inlet, I have the original FORD 45° aluminum housing ending with a 3" outlet.

38mm wastegate flange fits almost perfect, 2 minutes with a grinder and your golden.

braineack thanks for the website. i ordered one today. hopefully the new to me .48/.60 will quench my boost thirst since the .42/.48 is dying on me. when i take it off i'll have to take some carnag pics.

your a/r numbers make no sense. you mean .42/.63 and .42/.48 correct?

wanna send me your old parts?

What doesn't make sense? He has a .42/.48 that's dying, he's replacing it with a .48/.60. You can switch the numbers around, it's just preference really. If he said he had a .48/.42 and was upgrading to a .48/.60 does that clarify things?

P.S. a .42/.63 would be mad gay.

compressor inlet - 2.5" 2 bolt exhaust flange
compressor outlet - 38mm WG flange

cheap and will work fine

i was confused because he transversed the numbers, therefore it was hard to follow. It's simpler when you disregard the compressor side altogether because it doesn't matter. so technically he's replacing his .48 with a .48.

Right, because compressor size has absolutely no effect on turbocharger performance ::)

compressor size does, but we aren't discussing compressor size. We are discussing A/R...which has little to no effect on the compressor performance.

10lbs already turned me out. now we see if either 15 or 21lbs makes me blow my load.
