what do you guys think about this setup? i have all of this stuff except the 4 things from pherable.net i havnt ordered yet. im shooting for ~280hp opinions needed!!! also, the turbo has some shaft play, side to side, cold side is about 1mm play hot side is about 2mm play should i find another one or rebuild this one? what are the costs of rebuilds?

 

looks like a nice setup. should work well. apply some oil to the turbo bearings and see if the shaft play decreases. once the oil pressure is supplied to the turbo the shaft play should go away. 2mm shaft play seems like a lot to me but there are probably others that would know better.
