Opinion on this turbo
Hey guys!
Self-professed n0Ob here!
I drive a 98 Civic Si (y
, bone stock at the moment, and I'm hoping to turbo it in the next little while.
Anyways, I've been checking out ebay, looking for an affordable T3, and found this one:

Would it be a good deal, or does it seem too beat up?
Are there any specific questions I should be asking the seller?
If you guys think it's a good one, I'll probably "Buy it Now"
