only 2psi if im lucky in first wtf.
i kinda just accepted this as the crappy wastegates fault but i need confirmation.
specs on car:
honda accord f22b1 sohc vtec
saab t3 with .62?? turbine housin. so its a .42/ .62 (or was it .63 i dont remember)
deltagate wastegate.
symptoms: only getting maximum of 2psi in first gear. second gear ill get 5ish, 3-5 ill get 6ish.
so wtf?

Your normally gonna have lower boost #'s in 1st and 2nd gear compared to 3rd and 4th. But thats pretty low. I'd definatly check for leaks. If that doesnt solve it, turn the boost up.

Normal sign of a Wg Actuator going bad.
Ive had 2 go on me the same exact way.
Go external like I did recently and be done with.
BTW any dents in the diaphram ? Both of mine seemed to have dents.

Ive had 2 go on me the same exact way.
If Im not mistaken hes using the deltagate which is external...
Ditch the deltagate and get a tial.... Deltagates have been known to have issues with regulating boost...

i already checked for leaks. none anywhere.
yea im using an external gate. im planing on getting another one. just wanted to confirm that the wastegate is causing this.

yes im sure i hooked it up correctly (the side port to the compressor side of the turbo). im using the deltagate mk2. i tried different vaccuum sources and the same thing happened so i know thats no the problem either.
