One problem after another!!! HELLLP
Ok, I'm using a rebuilt turbo from down2turbo (ebay), the turbo is ------- mint, except now I realise there is one SMALL problem. The wastegate actuator arm nut wont thread up or down. I loosend the nut thats supposed to hold onto it, but the end piece will only turn a couple mm in either direction. It is threaded all the way out almost I think. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this bitch turning so I can actually adjust my boost...???

If you're going to up the boost then do it with a boost controller instead. Playing with the actuator arm can be dangerous.

Re:One problem after another!!! HELLLP
have you tried maybe taking the actuator completely off, taking the arm all the way out and maybe lube it up and get it going, it may just be that it's brand new threads and they're just kind of tight, just a thought :-\

Re:One problem after another!!! HELLLP
Ok well, on an internal gate, is the boost high or low when the little screw end of the arm is all the way out? My guess is that it's low.

Re:One problem after another!!! HELLLP
when the arm is longer, the boost is lowered, so that would be threads out, when it's shorter, that lowers boost, so that would be screwed in.

Re:One problem after another!!! HELLLP
You mean when its shorter, that increases boost?
