ok i found an old turbo set up out in the garage and from ive been able to track down is its a garret TBO348 from like an 80-81 monte carlo or GN V6 draw threw set up
was wondering if anyone has any ideas of a map on this thing or any info i cant find much at all on it
ive searched and searched but came with with nothing
can post pics let me know
any help would be great

 

TB0348? sounds like a volvo 740 serial. Does it have a standard T3 inlet or is there a circle pushed out of it?

 

same as a T3 60 trim, but i think the turbine is either a .82 or somthing, its not your standard stage 1 turbine wheel and housing.

 

it actually uses a 3 bolt inlet and a 3 bolt outlet for exhaust side
it uses a 6 bolt air inlet with a 3 bolt outlet so yeah

if its from gnx, then id say its pretty big, didn't they have 3.x L v6 in them?

 

3.8, and the gnx turbo had a ceramic turbine wheel. Good stuff

 

For reference this is a turbo from a 84/85 Riveria T-Type 3.8L. .60/.82

 

so you guys think this would be a decent spooler on a B2 or will this thing lag like a bitch cause id like to run about 8lbs daily maybe 10 but dont wanna wait for it to come in till about 4000 rpm since it will be a flate rate rebuild nothing upgraded just fresh pieces

 

umm, id say on a d series, it would lag like hell, b series, don't know but probably about the same.

id sell that ---- on ebay then buy a t3 or a 14b or something thats worth the effort
