ok to use a dying turbo?
 

I have this nissan t3 and it has some very noticeable shaft play. I was thinking of just using it until it dies, but is this safe? When it breaks, will it bring any other parts of my engine down with it?

I'd just rebuild it first, less trouble in the future.
