Ok here is my final project list (LONG)

After looking around for a bit and searching, I have determined by my own will that this setup should suffice for my budget boost project. I'm working on a b18b inside a 97 HB. My only question now is the correct manifold and turbo. Please critize me. Seriously. I'm about to start ordering so I don't want to screw around.

1).48/.60 t3 turbo-How much? From Where??? Is .48/.60 good for LS? Will the internal wastegate fit my manifold?(searched...)

2)Lovefab.com cast-iron shorty, says it $249 shipped, but rings our to $799 for no reason today, who knows. If you know of a cheaper manifold for a 97' LS that is as realiable and retains AC w/ my setup please tell me. I'm also looking for a revhard manifold but am having difficulty finding them online. I can't find them new, or used.(searched...)

3)1g DSM BOV
4)S-AFC
5)DSM 450cc injectors
6)TiAL 35mm Wastegate (if applicable to the manifold)
7)Piping from speedpartsus.com
8)Silicone Couplings
9)Intercooler from johnyracecar.com (5in)
10)Custom Downpipe

Give me your intuition

well how much are you willing to spend for a turbo...new or used?? i can get T3 .60/.48 for about $310 shipped and a T3/T4 for about $350-$395 new! wastegate should fit.

love fab just redid their site...so i dont know what their deal is. expect to wait 4 weeks for that shorty though....

im using a .48/.60 57 trim t3/t4 for my integra LS and i plan on boosting 10.2psi(.7 bar)

im not a fan of the hack...my personal preference not yours...i would do uberdata or hondata or something else...uberdata is cheap and better than the hack by far...

piping might be cheaper from the group buy off this site...thats where i plan on getting my piping...its a damn good deal IMO...personally, i would spend $100 more and get a custom coach or a used drag/revhard mani...tyrus are a lil dinky on their FMIC's. just a personal opinion...buy what you like and can afford.

Exhaust and clutch are missing from your list. as are oil lines, air filter, vaccum lines...

parts suggested/needed for DP: 1-flex pipe 2-02 bunges from an autoparts store...they are like $3 for two with a lil modifcations...im not sure what has to be modified...but im looking into it..maybe someone on here knows...2-180's of aluminzed or stainless steel. 1-turbo flange. 1-exhaust flange.

otherwise your list is going well....similar to mine...

GreddyCRX...how can you get t3/t4's for so cheap? are those the rebuild ones off ebay that are always w/ the wrong trim and such....

i used a thing called 'spark plug anti-fouler' for my o2 bungs, just had to cut them a little bit and weld them into the DP. they are ~$5.00 for 2 from autozone/advance

Re:Ok here is my final project list (LONG)

why would there need to be two 02 bungs on the downpipe??

Re:Ok here is my final project list (LONG)

Is it just because OBD-2 cars have 2 o2 sensors or is there another reason why

Re:Ok here is my final project list (LONG)

yes but they check the air before and after the cat...so why two on the downpipe?

I plan on getting misc. stuff aruond and plan to spend $100 on that. The list was meant to ge tall the main stuff out, and I think it's ok. Thanks for the tips guys i'll save this post for myself. I already have a clutch, and am getting the oil lines from a local shop that is pulling my motor to repaint engine bay.
