oil return line.. does this look ok to you guys?
the new manifold puts the turbo really low.. so this is the best I can do with an angled CHRA for now..

Re: oil return line.. does this look ok to you guys?
another question.. If I pull the oil return line off my pan, should oil pour out of the return fitting?
I know it sounds like a retarded question, but I had to take off the return today and I lost about half a quart. if the oil level is as high or higher than the fitting on the pan, how the ---- is the oil going to flow into the pan? |
Re: oil return line.. does this look ok to you guys?
By the looking at the placement of the oil return line I'd say your just getting residual oil from the return line and not oil pan. Unless some how over filled the oil pan.

Re: oil return line.. does this look ok to you guys?
that should work. if you have an oil restrictor then there is such a small amount of oil going through that turbo that it should never back up

You may or may not have slight smoking on extended downhill drives or stop lights, but I've done worse and had it work out. I wouldn't change it.
