oil return line
 
what is the least cost effective way to do the oil return line? think i have figured out the brass t from the oil sending unit.

1/2 rubber hose.. 1/2 barb fitting in the oil pan.

total : 4$

but i would suggest a 1/2 SS line so it doesnt get fucked by the temps there.

are the ss lines sold at auto zone or advance or any other parts jobber. does this require welding?

I would recommend welding it to the pan, the "bolt on flange" types always leak, and I have no idea where you can even get them.

you can JB weld it to the pan.
jb weld is a kind of epoxy, no actual welding required.

i just screwed mine in....no leaks yet (only one day though)....if it leaks its getting jb welded

thanks, i never new til recently how affordable turbocharging a car could be. just put in an air/fuel guage today.
