Oil Return Line ?

Would it be bad if i were to replace my gay rubber hose that runs up and down up and down with one solid copper line (1/2 i.d) ? i want it to go sideways kinna at an angle so no oil gets trapped in the line like my rubber lines, i want it to be a straight shot down into the oil pan, everyone seems to tell me thats why my car is smoking out the exhaust, will this help ? my 90 crx has that big ass cross member so i need to think of something cuz the outlet return line sits like an inch above it if that. :) thanks!

Mine is half and half.. it has some copper bends along with some rubber hose. Sometimes rubber hose doesnt quite make the bends you want and get kinked up. I say go for it!

be sure your oil return hole is in the top of your oil pan.

if you make it solid copper itll crack from expansion of the turbo and block.

they expand at different rates at thatll crack it..

i wouldnt suggest it unless u got a flex piece in it somewhere.
