oil restrictor question

oil restrictor question
do u guys think i should use a 1/16 of an inch oil restrictor on my new precision gt35 non bb??plan on using a -4 feed. on my last setup i used a -3 feed and the turbo was a turbonetics t3/to4e rebuilt from blaast and i had to use a 1/16 restrictor because the oil was blowing by the seals from to much oil pressure..let me know what u guys think
