Default is this oil restrictor okie to use on a newly rebuilt DSM T25 turbo?

Hey everyone
not sure if this a noob question or will get flamed for asking this, in your opinon would you use this oil restrictor for on a DSM T25 turbo?

I bought this oil restrictor of HT, too lazy to rigging & hacking a homemade one
the seller describe this oil restrictor fitting to be use it on these application

Application:

Precision and Garrett GT-25R
Precision and Garrett GT-28R and GT-28RS
Precision and Garrett GT-30R
Precision and Garrett GT-35R
Greddy TD04H-15G
Mitsubishi T25, T28

so i bought it and to plan piece together a HMT turbo kit with freshly rebuilt DSM T25 turbo for my civic D16y7 engine
it also said It's made out of nickle plated steel, just like our normal GT BB fitting, but it comes with built in .035 restrictor
do you guys think .035 is too too small to be using it on a DSM T25 turbo?? from reading all the D.y.i writeups on oil restrictors
most of you guys would drill the hole to a .060" , do u guys think i should drill the hole out bigger to a .060 or keep it the way it is, cause i don't wanna be starving my newly rebuilt turbo of oil and have it to rebuild again.

here's the honda-tech link where i bought my oil restrictor from

I ran a 1/4 inch brake line to my t25 dsm with no restrictor and no problems, Look in the oil pressure hole, it already has one.

on my turbo i took my fitting from the t fitting on the back of my motor and brazed it closed then drilled threw it with a 1/16 drill bit which ends up being a .062 hole. seems to be perfect. but i have heard of the dsm turbo's having them in oil feed. they look like they do when you look inside there are the three little holes aroung the sides which are eleged to be restrictors.

the .035 i would say is way to small. i wouldnt use it

---- Honda-Tech and ---- oil restrictors. I've never used one and don't understand why people need them.
