Oil PRESSURE question
I'm guessing that oil pressure builds as the engine revs higher(correct me if I'm wrong) so what's the PEAK pressure that will be present inside of the oil feed line on a D-series(d15b2) engine?
Also, what is the typical heat heat of the oil in a running d15b2? And the temperature range CONDUCTED by the exhaust manifold, i know the exhaust gases can get pretty damn hot, but what's a guess at the actual heat of the manifold itself? |

Re:Oil PRESSURE question
I believe the max pressure that you want your turbo to see is 60 psi at max. I would do like 30-40 for an average.

Re:Oil PRESSURE question
my turbo sees 85psi almost regularly.
which is probably why she's smoking again :( time to tighten the needle valve down again |
