Default Oil Pan Problems NWS

So, this is my first turbo build on my d16y7, im almost 18, its going well so far. My problem is that one of the bolts on my oil pan was rusted so bad it rounded at first try. I got an extractor bit and drilled and reveresed it in, it hasnt budged for days no matter how much penitrating oil. As of this point I want to fill in the drill hole with liquid metal and seal it up best I can. And leave the oil pan on to run oil drain line. Appreciate the help. Heres your reward for all the hard work.

Yeah. liquid metal and socket was a good idea until the 1900psi acclaimed hold turned into 0 psi hold. I went to autozone and bought a socket set that was specifically made for rounded bolt heads. Worked perfected until the head of the bolt snapped off. YEAHHH.... so im gunna finish taking off the oil pan thursday and friday and see what i got to work with. Im hoping i can use the extractor and a cresent wrench.

Drill it out, tap the hole bigger, drill the pan hole out, use bigger bolt.

when you take the pan off you might be able to get a set of vise grips on it to get it out. be careful not to gouge the gasket surface on the block though

Just take it to autozone. They should have a bolt key somewhere in the store. Torque should be 104 inch pounds when you put them back in.

you dont want to heat up the stud, you want to heat the metal around the stud, but be carefull no to melt the aluminum.
