Are you taking the oil pan off or the turbo kit off?
Is the oil return on the pan a fitting with threads or just a straight tube?

no that' not my setup. mine is flat rate. hmt style all the way.
if you dont want to remove the oil pan,
you can get a rubber cap w/ hose clap or cut the hose and put a bolt w/clamp.

Goto a hardware store and get a compression fitting. It's 2 washers with a piece of rubber between and a bolt through them. When you tighten the bolt, it squeezes the rubber making a seal. That's probably the cleanest and easiest way to do it.
