---- the boot, like he sed cut it off, then put some of that electrical grease crap on it. lituim works

there talking about cutting the boot not the wire. After the boot is gone it should be easier
to get the wire off.

the wire plugs in to the oil pressure sensor with a little male/female plug action. just yank it out, it unplugs.

Sometimes those connectors are on the oil pressure sensor very tight, do as greddy crx said, wiggle it side to side and just pull hard. Actually just grab the end of the wire and pull, it usually comes off. I never run the ------- boot cover anyways, it's just there so no corrison gets on the connector. If you do break it off, just get a blue butt-connector and connect one end, and the other end goes right in the sensor no problem.
