Re:oil fitting
if the fitting works, use it and don't drill it out. if it doesn't, 1/8 npt is a good size to use if you can't find anything else that will work.

Re:oil fitting
it screws in the block perfect but the whole in the middle where the oil flows through is only like a 1/8 of an inch? seams to small for me?

Re:oil fitting
Have you ever heard of anyone drilling it out? I havn't, so just leave it as is. The oil pressure that comes out of that hole makes up for it's small size.

Re:oil fitting
have you used one? i know if i was to buy a 1/8 npt nipple that the hole would be alot bigger than this fitting is. im sure the hole is only that big because its made for a oil pressure guage. i just dont want my turbo to burn up.

Re:oil fitting
it'll be fine. if you have too large diameter you will get too much oil and it will push past your seals and into exhuast/compressor and ruin the seals. it won't be able to flow out quick enough. the hole down in the oil inlet of my turbo is even smaller and it gets plenty of oil.
