no it is the one that goes on the block, has to be. its called a spin on adapter and listed in ''Perma-Cool Custom Spin-On & Block-Off Adapters''. and if it was the filter mount how would you mount it? it would look like this

so it came today (less then 2 days pretty fast) and i take it out of the package and it is indeed the one that goes on the block BUT they didnt ------- tap the threads in it. WTF?

Seriously though, just give them a call. Hopefully if they can ship stuff out fast they can do the same to correct problems. |
